WHEN TO WORK OUT WITH KATIE

You can catch Katie’s high energy workouts on Tuesday and Friday mornings at 6:00am.

Coach Katie

AKA “KILLER KATIE”

A certified Bootcamp Instructor, Coach Katie’s high energy and high intensity WODs have earned her the nickname “Coach KK” aka “Killer Katie” among the GDF community!

Once named CrossFit POW’s Athlete of the Year, she ran her first full marathon in 2016 to “see if she could run 42km without stopping”. As you can see, it’s no secret that she loves a challenge.

Carrying that same philosophy into her classes, she is her member’s biggest advocate and is always there to cheer them on and go a little harder. 

When she’s not coaching killer WODs, she enjoys spending her time with her husband Taylor, her daughter Isla and her newest addition, Coulson (who she worked out with during her entire pregnancy!).

You will often hear her say “you’ll thank yourself later” so get ready for a killer work out! 


WHEN TO WORK OUT WITH FLO

Flo teaches WODS on Mondays and Wednesdays at 6:00am and Saturdays at 8:00am!

Coach Flo

BADASS MOM WHO LOVES TO LIFT

Coach Flo is a certified Fitness Coach who has been dedicated to her health and fitness for over 20 years strong. She even met her husband Kirk at a gym!

Now married with two teenage boys, Kaeden and Korbin, Flo loves spending her free time with her family whether it be at a baseball tournament, travelling, watching a good TV series or just hanging in the kitchen cooking her boys’ favourite West Indian and Filipino dishes.

Flo has had a passion for Olympic lifting since starting CrossFit in her 30s and incorporates a variety of weightlifting exercises into her daily WODs to keep our members challenged.

Always the one telling her fellow Goal Diggers to push themselves a little bit more, Coach Flo is looking forward to helping more like-minded individuals exceed their fitness goals!


WHEN TO WORK OUT WITH LINZY

Join WODS on Monday and Wednesday evenings at 6:30pm and her infamous spin classes on Sundays at 9:30am.

Coach Linzy

SPIN INSTRUCTOR EXTRAORDINAIRE

Also known as “Coach Dukes”, Linzy is a Certified Fitness Coach and Spin Instructor who knows how to get your pulse pounding! A great motivator to all Goal Diggers, you will often hear her say something like “If you ain’t sweatin’, you ain’t workin’!”

She has had the opportunity to teach at some of the most popular and well known spin studios and has developed quite the fan base along the way. With her husband, Saddler, riding by her side, Dukes’ virtual spin classes will have you dancing, sweating and feeling alive! 

When she’s not making you sweat, she enjoys spending time with her family, including her son RJ and her fur baby Sky, watching Netflix, exploring and enjoying nature. 

Dukes also enjoys living a Whole30 lifestyle (with a few breaks here and there when she wants to enjoy some of her favourites like sushi or a Mexican bulldog!), loves a good cocktail and travelling.

Speaking of drinks you enjoy on vacation, Dukes has also travelled to teach spin classes in parts of the Caribbean!
